By using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

02 Service Description

The Service provides encrypted VPN connectivity to enhance the privacy and security of your internet connection.

The Service is intended exclusively for lawful personal use.

03 Right to Use

By using the Service, you confirm that:

• you are at least 18 years old;
• you accept these Terms in full;
• you will use the Service only in accordance with applicable law.

04 Account and Access

Using the Service may require creating an account. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

05 Payment and Refunds

Access to the Service is provided on a paid basis. Pricing, terms, and payment methods are displayed on the website or in the subscription checkout interface.

06 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in good faith, reasonably, and exclusively for lawful purposes. You are fully responsible for all your actions using the Service.

07 Prohibited Activities

When using the Service, you are prohibited from:

• Torrents and P2P: using any torrent clients, P2P protocols, or file-sharing networks through the Service's VPN connection;
• Sharing Access: transferring, selling, sharing your subscription or credentials with other individuals;
• Attacks and Hacking: DDoS attacks, port scanning, brute-force, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized access to third-party systems;
• Malware: distributing viruses, trojans, botnets, ransomware, or other malicious software;
• Spam and Fraud: spam, phishing, social engineering, fraudulent activity;
• Illegal Content: distributing or accessing illegal content, including material related to child exploitation, terrorism, incitement to violence;
• Copyright Infringement: illegal downloading, distribution, or publishing of copyrighted content;
• Commercial Use: reselling, sublicensing, or using the Service as part of a commercial proxy/VPN solution without our written permission;
• Bypassing Restrictions: circumventing technical limits, tariff restrictions, or protection measures of the Service;
• Violation of Law: any other activities that violate applicable law.

08 No-Log Policy

• we do not log visited website history;
• we do not log traffic content;
• we do not log connection IP addresses;
• we do not log session timestamps;
• we do not log DNS requests;
• we do not track user network activity.

We may process minimal technical data necessary solely for Service operation (e.g., authentication data, subscription and payment information). Such data is not associated with your network activity.

09 Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right, at any time, at our sole discretion, without prior notice and without explanation, to:

• restrict access to the Service;
• temporarily suspend your account;
• permanently block your account and terminate Service provision.

Grounds for suspension may include: violation of these Terms, suspected abuse, threat to Service infrastructure, requests from authorities, or any other reason at our discretion.

10 Service Availability

We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or continuous Service operation (100% uptime);
• continuous availability of all servers and locations;
• specific connection speed;
• compatibility with all devices, applications, networks, and providers;
• ability to bypass any blocks, filters, or restrictions by third parties;
• complete anonymity or impossibility of de-anonymization.

11 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without any express or implied warranties, including warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, security, accuracy, and reliability.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

• loss of data, profits, or business reputation;
• Service disruptions or unavailability;
• actions of third parties, hosting providers, or telecom operators;
• account suspension;
• data breaches not caused by us;
• any consequences of illegal Service use by you.

Our total liability under all claims is limited to the amount you actually paid for the Service in the preceding 3 month(s).

13 Third-Party Services

Service operation may depend on third-party data centers, hosting providers, communication channels, payment systems, and other infrastructure. We are not responsible for actions, failures, blocks, or policies of such third parties.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you agree to the updated Terms.
