The Service is developed and maintained by NiceSquad. We are not a registered legal entity.

02 What we DO NOT collect (No-Log Policy)

We adhere to a strict no-log policy regarding network activity.

We do not record or store:

your browsing history or visited URLs;
the content of your internet traffic;
DNS queries made through the VPN connection;
the original IP address from which you connect to the Service;
the destination IP addresses you access;
network connection logs.

03 Data we collect

To ensure the operation of the Service, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, and support our infrastructure, we collect and process the following technical and account data:

Important: we do not store bank card data, payment system passwords, or other financial information. All payments are processed by third-party payment providers.

04 Purposes of data processing

We use the collected data exclusively to:

provide and maintain the operation of the Service;
manage accounts and subscriptions;
monitor traffic limits and enforce fair use;
prevent the transfer of subscriptions to third parties;
prevent abuse and violations of the Terms of Service;
debug, diagnose, and improve the Service;
provide customer support.

We do not sell, do not share, and do not provide your data to third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

05 HWID (Device Identifier)

We collect a hardware device identifier (HWID) for the following purposes:

Subscription sharing control: a subscription is strictly personal. HWID allows us to detect cases where a single account is shared among multiple users on different devices;
Device limit enforcement: if your pricing plan limits the number of simultaneous devices, HWID is used to enforce this limit;
Abuse prevention: identifying suspicious activity and violations of the Terms of Service.

HWID is not used to track your location, network activity, browsing history, or any other online actions.

06 Client Type (Sub Request Header)

When you connect to our subscription server, we receive information about the type of VPN client used via a request header (Sub Request Header). This data is used to ensure configuration compatibility and diagnose connection issues.

07 Data Retention

Account data: stored for the entire duration of your subscription;
Technical data (traffic, HWID, SRH): stored for the duration of the subscription, updated automatically upon each connection;
Payment data: stored to the extent necessary to confirm the fact of payment.

08 Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encrypting data in transit, restricting access to servers and the control panel, and using up-to-date software.

09 Data Transfer to Third Parties

We do not sell and do not share your data with third parties, except payment providers (for transaction processing), hosting providers (technical infrastructure data), and cases explicitly required by applicable law or a valid court order.
